How to increase self-esteem? Staying aware of who you are and that you should not change for others, it is essential for this, to feed yourself daily  through healthy activities, which include good nutrition, exercise, good sleep, intimacy and social interactions generate great growth in means of this process, setting limits. Always looking positive on things is essential to find an emotional balance in your days, seeing those bad things as teachings is much better than seeing them as defects or barriers, learning from the mistakes or difficulties that come your way in life make stronger.
